Software Development Services

  • Project-Based Services: No refund will be initiated once the project has commenced. Refunds are only available within 3 days of project initiation if no development work has started.
  • Milestone-Based Payments: No refund will be initiated for milestone-based payments once work has commenced.
  • Completed Work: No refunds are available for completed and delivered project phases or milestones.

Maintenance & Support Services

  • Monthly/Annual Plans: Cancellation allowed with 30-day notice. Prorated refunds for unused time.
  • Emergency Support: Refunds considered on case-by-case basis if service standards are not met.
  • Auto-Renewal: Can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle.
